Summary : Still Cooking...
Trader Joe’s Potato Pancakes aka “Latkes” are darned good. Not exactly like homemade-right-out-of-the-fry-pan, but that is an impossible task when serving more than 4 people. So, save yourself some work and and a whole lot of clean-up and get these. If you don’t tell your guests, Joe won’t either.
