Cooking Instructions

For best results, preheat oven to 425°F for 10 minutes. While oven preheats, remove plastic wrap and place pizza on the counter. When oven is preheated, carefully place pizza directly on center rack of oven and bake for 8-10 minutes. For a crispier crust, bake an additional minute. Remove pizza from oven and let cool 1 – 2 minutes before serving. (Time and temperature settings may vary with oven).

Cooking Notes

We like to rotate the pizza in the oven about halfway through the cooking to ensure even cooking.
